Product Design
We design products using advanced CAD software such as Siemens NX and SolidWorks, supported by accurate scanning data to ensure precision and efficiency.
Product Analysis
We analyze the designed product and extract all mould components, including core, cavity, sliders, and other necessary parts, using CAD software for accurate mould development.
Machining
We use high-quality, advanced machinery to ensure maximum accuracy and precision. Our facilities include VMC, CNC, EDM, wire-cut machines, surface grinders, drilling machines, and milling machines, enabling us to deliver superior-quality moulds with consistent performance.
Fitting Work
Accurate fitting of core, cavity, and slider impressions
